Salsa Leuven works with people, we do like everybody and everybody is welcome in our activities. However, we take our job seriously: these are a couple of points we'd thought you would like to know:
We protect your privacy:
We are very jelous
on your privacy. We collect your information with the with the
sole purpose of organisation and administration of the activities
you choose for, making easier your enrollment and informing you
about the details or any changes in the program.
Terms and conditions:The Data you provide to us remains confidential and under no circumstances shall Salsa Leuven disclose, rent, sell or transfer these data to any third party for any other purpose. We will never send you spam or unsolicited mail.
We ask your contact phone number or e-mail address during working hours ONLY to notify you in case of emergency, sickness or other unforeseen circumstances, the cancellation of a lesson or a change of location, with less than 24 hours. When we know with more than 24 hours in advanced that the lesson would be postponed to another day or changed to another location, we try as much as possible to contact you by e-mail or post.
We might send you ocassionally, information about other courses, events or activities related with entertainment, extra-school activities or Music and Dance. Should you wish not to receive this information simply check the appropriate box in your inscription form or later on by logging into the member's area, also by simple request, an email or a call is enough. We respect 100% your decission.
Enrollment Prices include a "physical place" on the dance room or location, or materials or services delivered by other suppliers. Flexibility on these prices applies only when you inform about irregularities before enrolling. These irregularities will be considered at Salsa Leuven discretion.
Since you pay for a "physical place", or materials or services, you can transfer your enrollment to someone else willing to attend the activity.
- Reimboursement: After the first lesson of a course with
more than one lesson, if you decide that we really suck
please inform us immediately and we will reimbourse your
money, minus the lesson you followed. For other activities
where payment to other suppliers have been made, there
is no reimbourse.
- You can however recover lessons you miss on another day,
depending the courses and levels in force, provided
you notify the instructors. In fact we encourage
you to recover missed lessons.
- Like any sport or dance activity, our lessons require
compliance with certain norms. At the beginning
of the course, the instructor will provide information about
a couple of safety rules, by complying with them
you ensure
a trouble-free activity, allowing you to enjoy
and benefit from our quality lessons. As an adult you are
free to follow
these rules or not. However, any accident or injury
caused by non compliance with these rules will be solely
your
responsibility and under no circumstances you shall
make Salsa Leuven liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, consequential or exemplary damages, including
but not limited to physical damages, injury and
total or
partial invalidity.
- last but not least: rights of admittance:
As we said before we like everybody, and everybody is welcome
to join us. However Salsa Leuven is a private initiative
and reserves all rights of admittance. Salsa Leuven may refuse
or
cancel any enrollment of any individual at any time, without
any compensation, when considering that such individual
might constitute a threaten of any kind to the group. In
other words,
you may rest assured that there won't be any unpleasant
characters on the activities.
